Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Join our English-speaking guide in the morning as we embark on a journey to Materuni Village. Upon arrival, we’ll register at the village office and kickstart our adventure. Our first stop will be the magnificent waterfalls, just a 40-minute walk away. Along the way, our guide will share insights into Chagga culture, village life, and the surrounding flora and fauna. Keep an eye out for breathtaking views and, if luck is on our side, glimpses of Kilimanjaro’s summit.

As we reach the waterfalls, prepare to be amazed by their towering height of over 80 meters. The inviting pool at the base of the waterfall offers the perfect opportunity for a refreshing swim, so don’t forget your swimwear! After soaking in the scenery, we’ll leisurely make our way back to Materuni village with our guide.

Here, we’ll indulge in a traditional Chagga lunch, a delicious feast not to be missed. And to top it off, you’ll have the chance to taste our local banana beer, adding an authentic touch to our unforgettable experience.
